A decade ago, my own self-love journey began in a dark place.

You can find me surrounded by my loving family, collecting crystals, books, oracle cards, dancing to my favourite songs, and exploring endless divination tools. I am always down for deep conversations and manifesting more magic. It's a huge change from where I once was.

It's now my mission to help as many people as possible heal, reclaim their power, and using their divine energy to create an epic life they want. To experience an abundance of self-love, emerge with a new sense of self, and to embark on the spiritual, life changing journey of embracing their darkness on the way to discovering their own radiant light.

My life revolved around finding love, acknowledgment, and acceptance outside myself, with an insatiable need for approval. This led to living in a state of perpetual depression, anger, fear, doubt, addiction, toxic relationships on a never-ending quest to become "perfect" enough. No matter what good I did, I could only see the faults, imperfections and places I fell short. Eventually I came to a place that truly felt like "rock-bottom."

Then something beautiful happened. I'll never forget this fearless moment as it marked the start of my journey of self-love and soul expansion. That rock bottom became the catalyst for my greatest evolution. I began a process of self-discovery, self-love integration, self-healing and surrendering to my spiritual journey. That brought me to a breakthrough and it completely transformed my life. Not only did I learn how to love myself unconditionally and be the real me; I claimed my power back. In doing so, I re-entered the world liberated. Today, I truly live an illuminated life.
